Who We Are

OPROMAMER is an organization created to give voice to those who are affected by mental illness and handicap in Rwanda. We advocate for these people and strive to elevate them past the problems they experience.

OPROMAMER is partnered with CARAES RWANDA ABSL to provide services for patients and those whom are recovered.

OPROMAMER also works to bring social awareness and community integration for the mentally challenged and to educate the community to reduce stigma and discrimination across the country.
